My Diary Book

Why Keep a Diary?

It's a brand new start of the year again. Where do you usually keep your thoughts and feelings?
At the back of your head or on a piece of paper?

According to my recent research keeping a diary actually makes you a happier person. Self improvement is one of the key idea, writing down your thoughts and feelings throughout the day is powerful in self analysis. Daily devotionals is about recording your spiritual insights and know that you can always find them again.

Writing about your feelings can help the brain overcome emotional upsets and leave you feeling relax and happier.

Psychologists who discovered the "Bridget Jones effect" said it worked whether people elaborated on their feelings in a diary, penned lines of poetry, or even jotted down song lyrics to express their negative emotions.

Personal growth is one of the positive trait you can gain from writing your regular diary, which takes no more than ten minutes. It reminds you of the good and bad times you had, it allows you to vent out any kind of anger ans frustration as well as excitement. It is a great way to show expression from within. Telling your innermost thoughts to, recording your beautiful memories.

A journal will make you more attractive. Socrates said, "Know thyself."   Keeping a journal will help you know yourself and express yourself more clearly, and that is amazingly attractive!

Keeping a diet journal is also great for me ^_^
Trying to get some weight loss, you can consider to start one now!

I have been practicing yoga and that definitely help a lot alongside with my journey with my dear diary.

The best time for me to write a diary is just before I sleep, getting the event of the day down and my feelings can be useful to look back upon, and honest, open diary entries can help get through difficult times.
